This Emperor Penguin was a lot of fun to make. I made my simple penguin, but added google eyes for character. then made a crown, cape, and a staff, to make it an Emperor. the peguin took one black, one white, and one orange balloon. The google eyes took one green, and oen clear balloon. The crown took one brown and one yellow balloon. and the staff tookone orange and one pink balloon. I like it alot beacuse I think all the extra details make seem larger and more complicated than it really is.
